Try this drink using the Smoking Gun® Pro.


2oz Knob Creek Rye

3/4oz Averna Amaro

1/2oz Carpano Antica

1/4oz Cynar

3 Dash Costal Root Bitters

St George Absinthe Mist

Smoked with Chinese 5 Spice


Combine- Knob Creek Rye, Averna Amaro, Cynar, Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, & Costal Root Bitter in mixing glass.

Add ice and stir until chilled.

Strain into a flask and smoke with Chinese 5 spice using the PolyScience Smoking Gun.

Swirl the cocktail in the flask to infuse smoke.

Mist a snifter with St. George Absinthe.

Pour into the snifter and serve.
