Cardamom Brown Butter Bourbon
Combine all the ingredients in a sous vide bag and vacuum seal.
Set the HydroPro to 160°F and cook for 1 hour .
Strain through a ﬁne mesh strainer and refrigerate for 24hrs.
Remove mix from refrigerator and peel away fat layer on top. Strain through a ﬁne mesh strainer again. Reserve in the refrigerator.
Add the infused bourbon, simple syrup, and Angostur bitters to a mixing glass and stir with ice until chilled and diluted.
Garnish with an orange peel and Luxardo Cherry
